The Perfect Cup of Tea! |
| There is a ritual attached to the making of tea, whether
it's tea bags or loose tea. You, of course, know how to make a good cup of tea, but you would be surprised how many people forget these important points: Put one tea bag per person into a warmed pot. If you are using loose tea, the traditional measure is "one for each person and one for the pot". Pour on freshly boiled water, stir immediately. Brew for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Stir again before pouring. |
