Shipping Information

Attention Please!

Due to recent changes in Federal Carrier Regulations, we cannot ship colognes and perfume via air carrier. This means colognes and perfumes must be shipped by ground only and in our case by United Parcel Service (UPS).The U. S. Postal Service will ship colognes and perfumes by ground  but they have elected to interpret the new regulations in such a manner that we would be required to provide special packaging and markings for each shipment, at a substantial cost increase to the customer. Air shipments of colognes and perfumes by both UPS, USPS and other carriers have much more stringent requirements.

Estimated shipping charges are calculated automatically when you use the "Shopping Cart" in our on-line catalog. The shipping cost for larger packages (those packages with larger items and items...such as china, crystal and glass) may be higher than just the weight tariffs calculated by UPS. The shipping for these type items is based on the  total of the Length X Height X Width (Dimensional) of the shipping container. UPS also calculates 2 Day and 3 Day Air shipments using dimensional weight.

APO/FPO addresses: We ship via Priority Mail via U. S. Postal Service. 
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via UPS and Priority Mail.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for products shipped from the U.K. and Ireland.

UPS Shipping: You may choose from Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Select (U.S. only) and UPS Canada Ground Standard (Canada Only). 

We are not responsible for carrier delivery schedules. Once a product is accepted by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to make delivery and to make the delivery within their published schedules. 

2 Day Air is delivery the 2nd BUSINESS DAY (or for 3 Day Select; the 3rd BUSINESS day) after date shipped and does not include Saturday & Sunday or U. S. Federal Holidays.   UPS air shipments also attract a surcharge for dimensional weight. This means we must measure each package and provide UPS with the measurements which, in addition to the weight, determine the actual shipping cost. The shopping cart can only compute the estimated shipping cost based on the weight, so actual shipping cost may be slightly higher.

Damaged Orders

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging and shipment , and we take pride in the fact that we have had very few damaged items, but sometimes an item will become damaged in transit.

If you receive a damaged order via UPS: Call UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877and provide the UPS tracking number and item cost. Then call us at 1-877-897-1566. We will dispatch a replacement upon notification from UPS. This usually takes no more than a few days.

If a damaged order is received via Parcel Post or Priority Mail (USPS) notify the local Post Office by taking the box with the damaged product to the post office. Then please call us at (1-877-897-1566). We will dispatch a replacement upon notification from USPS. The USPS notification to us may take more than 30 days.

Any damages must be reported to the carrier and to us within 7 Calendar Days of receipt of your order!

Please note that the procedures above must be followed for you to obtain a
no-cost  replacement.
