Returns - Refunds Policy
within 7 Calendar Days.
We inspect each item prior to shipment but sometimes a product will arrive to you that may be defective. In this case we must be notified as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order via e-mail or by phone.
Do not attempt to repair any defective merchandise you may have received from us. In doing so all warranties are null and void. Returns and refunds cannot be made in this situation.
No one likes to receive an item that doesn't fit or is the wrong color, and etc. We do understand as we are also consumers.
Our return policy is simple; if, within 30 days
of your order you wish to return or exchange an item, except for custom made
products,
first email us OR call us

EXCHANGES: We will exchange the item for a like item of different size/color, if offered for the item, or credit the purchase price to your credit card. If paid by check, we will issue a check to you. (Exchanges do not apply to custom made, personalized products)
We will not under any circumstances exchange or refund without a copy of the original order form or invoice.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipment of an exchanged item will incur additional shipping charges added to your charge card unless the exchange is due to receipt of the incorrect item from us.
If we shipped a defective or incorrect item to you...You will not be charged any shipping charges! After all, this would be our fault...not yours and you should not be required to pay shipping.
All items are subject to the manufacturers warranty. All returned items must be
accompanied by the original packing slips, documentation, packaging,
labels and
tags.
Exceptions:
Unfortunately, where products have been specially made such
as jewelry, clothing, including kilts and jackets, or have been customized, or in the case of clothing, have been
worn; Sale & Discounted items;
food items, wind musical instruments, opened soap and perfume; CDs, cassettes, videos; and items returned in an un-saleable condition
((customer repair attempt, dirty, broken (by other than carrier), missing original pieces and etc.));we cannot accept a return and as such we will not grant a refund of any portion
of the selling price. Down payments on specially made
products will not be refunded once the order has been placed with the
manufacturer.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
