The Purchasing Process:
a. Click on the "Add to Your Shopping Cart" Button. This button adds the item to the shopping cart and opens a page requesting shipment method.
b. Click on the "Submit Your Choices" Button. Shopping Cart Contents is displayed. Here the item you added to the shopping cart is displayed. Any applicable size or color information you selected is shown along with the quantity, estimated shipping cost, applicable Ohio sales tax and the total cost. You may increase the quantity on this page, continue shopping, change the shipping method or empty the shopping cart. You are not committed to purchasing at this point.
c. Click "Checkout Now" to provide payment and address information. The displayed page asks if you are located in Ohio (for the dreaded state sales tax). Click Yes or No. Clicking yes tells the shopping cart to compute Ohio state sales tax at 6.5%.
d. Click on the Order Type you wish to create. The appropriate order form will be displayed. The "billing address" as it appears on your credit card statement is required for all credit card transactions. You may ship to yourself or someone else. If your billing address is a post office box and you request UPS shipping; you must additionally provide a physical street address for shipment. In this case, ship to yourself using your "billing address" and the recipient "ship to" address.
e. Click the "Submit Secure Order" Button. The order is sent to us for processing.
You can put as many items as you want into your shopping cart.
